Yay, I'm not locked out anymore :) I don't blame you for the hissy fit though. I did want to reply to the email saying "It's a 100% guarantee that Troggers will be born on his birthday" but somehow I don't think she would have given me any odds on that :P
I thought Eric's comment was very JB hehe.
I hope you're feeling all right and that your tenant moves out in good time. Don't stress...because you're the only one who can evict him, no one else is allowed! And if they try...well I might just have to turn up and give them a battering with a hard object.
